We have been reading the book, “The explores.”

And we have been really enjoying it!

Today I have a ponder to do for you guys so, here you go!

I would be absolutely terrified!  And I get really hungry during the day and night and I would really struggle without really food as I am also quite fussy. I’m scared of crocodiles as well and any other thing that could be there in the night.

Today I will share with you some writing I am very proud of. Your challenge is to try and guess where the setting is and what the character is feeling. 😡😭🤤😄

Are ya ready?

Small droplets of drool dripped out of Nora’s gaping mouth. Her eyes darted around the room, getting slight glimpses of all the crunchy, creamy pastries and donuts. Nora’s stomach roared as she slumped over to the counter mumbling to herself, “Food! Must eat food!”
As she reached her destination she viciously asked, “Give me a croissant… PLEASE!”
The lady at the counter gave Nora a concerned look before cautiously passing her a crispy, golden croissant. Within seconds Nora had devoured the tasty treat. She smiled and passed the lady exactly $4.00 as she skipped out happy and full.

Where is Nora? How is she feeling?

Hiya bloggers! How are ya?

Today I am sharing what I did on Wednesday….

Ba Da Da Daaaaaaaaa, It’s was the netball tournament!

Yesterday we had 5 games, each game had two halves instead of four quarters. (Like a normal game)

Each half someone subbed off so someone else from the team could play as well. For the whole tournament I was an A which stands for attack and attack is the goal shooter. My team, Owairaka Tui’s won 3/5 games. In one of the games I ended up scoring 4-5 points! For netball it is quite a lot. Owairaka’s other team, the ferns one 4/5 games. My friends, Nora and Sophie are on that team. On the way to and back from the game we all went on the bus. I sat with Nora, Sophie and Emme.

At the end, in finals we had a tie! It was so hard and we ended up losing. We high fived with the other team and waited till prize giving, then we went back to school at around 3:00 Pm and got ready to leave school.
